Online shopping changes options

 

Win Fitness Wear allows you to exchange items for a different color or size.

We have three modalities, below, we detail the guidelines and instructions according to each method:

  • Changes my online purchase at a US store
  • It is possible to make an online purchase return in one of our stores. Take the item(s) and the receipt to one of our Win fitness Wear stores.The refund will be executed once the garments are received, by means of a credit note

  • Changes my online purchase by mail
  • For orders shipped within the United States, please follow the step-by-step instructions below: 

    1. Contact via email to the following email: winfitnessw.usa@gmail.com / comercial@win.com.pe, detailing the change request. It is important to specify the order number and the items to be change. The Win fitness Wear team will contact you confirming the change label. This information will automatically arrive to the email that arrived in the purchase

    2. Pack your items and the receipt that came with your order. You can use the same packaging that your order came with. In case you did not have this information, you must print the confirmation email you received when generating your orders. You can change items from one or multiple orders in one package.

    3. Print and securely affix the return label to the packaging using masking tape. It is recommended to use a desktop or laptop computer to ensure the label prints correctly.

    4. Please make a note of the return tracking number on your printed label to track your return package.

    5. In case the client does not find an alternative, a credit note will be created by the amount


    Online shopping returns options

    Returns of garments that have a discount equal to or more than 30% are not accepted.

    Win will create a credit note for the value that the customer paid for the garment

    Receive instructions and provide details of garments to return

    Share the order tracking number with us. It is important that the postal service has this option

    Win fitness Wear will cover the cost of your new shipment. We notify you of the new tracking number
